Public Speaking and Events

My life and career story share an amazing uniqueness

in the fact that I made it against many odds.

I was born in Ceausescu’s Romania, in a family of 5 children. There were many days when we had no food on the table, despite the fact that my parents were both working two jobs. This was the basis of how I was brought up: hard work, tenacity and always thinking ahead of the curve.

Growing up, I noticed that the people who dressed up the nicest and looked the most confident were salespeople – mostly men. And back then I knew that this was the job I wanted to have. When I was 17 years old, I took my first sales job to pay for my studies. For the past 20 years, I had different sales roles that have shaped my career and have influenced the person I am today.

What is striking about me is that I am always on a relentless quest to reach things that are perceived to be - at least by others - beyond my reach.

I remember in my early 20s whilst studying at university, most of my colleagues were taking simple side jobs for pocket money - I subscribed to a management course because I wanted to work as a manager. I vividly remember being at a table with people who were clearly more experienced than myself - but it never crossed my mind that I didn’t belong at that table. To me, I was exactly where I was meant to be.

I am a passionate speaker and I would love to share my stories and experience to inspire and empower you and your organizations!
