In the world of sales, less than 20% of the sales leaders are women....and in the last 10 years the total number of women joining this profession increased by only 3%.

Women have skills that are natural for the sales profession. Why are only so few successful and leaders?

In their book How women rise, Marshall Goldsmith and Sally Helgesen describe that years of research and experience show how men and women display different habits and behaviours, that in turn gives them different challenges as they seek to advance in their careers.

We will give you the chance to be a mentor/ coach or find one situated for yourself.

And not only this, we will train you and give you the tools to work together to make the most of your time and relationship.
